1. Make sure your friends, family, neighbors and colleagues have the chance to support you. September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, so please don’t be shy! Let everyone know that you will do 10 pushups for every $20 they donate to your page. Share your page (and #PCFPushup) on social media to get the word out. You can also email contacts using our built in tools.

2. Create a list of likely donors. Who are the people you know will support you? Make sure you reach out and send them a link to your page. Remember, you are not just asking for a donation, you are asking them to join you in supporting a cause you care about. Try out our easy to use fundraising tools.

3. Get the word out. Our built in fundraising tools are your most effective option, but you can use your email too. Feel free to copy/paste the email below and forward it to your friends.
