How do you do a pushup?
Set your body in a plank position on the ground with your hands on the side of your body. Your hands should be slightly wider than your shoulders.
Put your feet in a position that is either together or slightly apart. Think of your body as one straight line and literally push up off the ground extending your arms. Lower your arms to a 90 degree angle and repeat the process of extending your arms. If this form of a push up is too difficult, see the modified knee pushup below

How do you do a Modified (Knee) pushup?
Place your hands in a slightly wider position than your shoulders with your feet and knees on the ground. Slowly bend your elbows to a 90 degree angle then slowly return to the starting position. Make sure to keep your abdominal muscles contracted and tight throughout the exercise.
How will I know how many pushups I have to do?
The basic conversion of this challenge is doing 10 pushups for every $20 donation (AKA $2 per pushup). For example: if someone donates $100 you would do 50 pushups. But these rules are fast and loose and the most important thing is that we want you to have fun. Make up your own rules and do it the way that is best for you. Challenge your friends, family and coworkers to see who can raise the most funds and do the most pushups.
When do I need to do my pushups?
You can either do your pushups after each person has donated or you can do them once all of your donations have come in. This part is up to you. For added fun, consider adding a video dedicating your pushups to the donor or challenge someone else to join you!
Where and how can I post a video and/or photo of me doing my pushups?
You can post photos and videos either directly to your page or on your personal social media. To post a picture/video to your page, simply go to the manage page link in the top right corner where it says your name. Once there, you will see a link that says to “add photos or videos” {link this}. You can also post to your social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram using the following posts below {add link to posts from Tim}. If you do post to social media. Please use the #PCFpushup. If you post on your social media using the hashtag, it will post automatically to the PCF Pushup activity timeline.
How can I increase my fundraising goal?

How do I invite others to donate or join the challenge?
The best part of this challenge is you can always invite friends, family, or coworkers to join or donate. From the main page, you will see two buttons on the right-hand side of the screen. One says “Donate now” and the other says “invite friends”. You can invite them via email Facebook or Twitter. This same process can be done from your personal page.
Who can I challenge, and how?
For this pushup challenge, you can challenge just about anyone in your network. Challenge your friends, family, and coworkers to try and do more pushups and raise more funds than you
